Di cosa parla The InBetween?
The InBetween è un drama creato per NBC da Moira Kirkland (Madam Secretary). La serie segue Cassie Bishop (Harriet Dyer, No Activity), una giovane donna che fin da bambina convive con un dono molto raro: riesce a vedere il mondo di mezzo tra vivi e morti e a comunicare con l'oltretomba aiutando le anime afflitte da problemi irrisolti. La sua vita è piena di momenti difficili da gestire, tra spiriti che si materializzano davanti ai suoi occhi, premonizioni improvvise e flashback di cui non riesce a capire l'origine. Tutto questo, che lo voglia oppure no. Un giorno, un suo vecchio amico, il detective Tom Hackett (Paul Blackthorne, Arrow), al quale è stato affidato da poco un nuovo partner, lo scettico ex agente dell'FBI Damien Asante (Justin Cornwell, Training Day), è incaricato di indagare su un misterioso infanticidio, che sembrerebbe legato a uno dei flashback di Cassie. Non avendo impronte, tracce di DNA o piste da seguire, Tom decide di affidarsi alle sue abilità per risolvere quello che sembrerebbe proprio uno dei più difficili casi della città. Il resto del cast include Cindy Luna (The Last Ship), Michael B. Silver (Royal Pains), Andres Joseph (The Good Doctor), Chad James Buchanan (Inhumans) e Anne-Marie Johnson (JAG).
